Refund policy
At Impala Caprice Custom Parts, we want to ensure you receive the correct items you order. To help keep prices competitive while covering inspection, repackaging, and processing costs, the following restocking policy applies to eligible returns:
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee:
· Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to the wrong item being shipped.
· Parts must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
· New and unused.
· In original packaging,
· Free from installation damage, fluids, grease, or any modification,
· Include all hardware, manuals, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refund:
· Electrical components
· Special-order or custom-order parts
· Clearance or final-sale items
· Installed, used, painted, or altered parts
Damaged or Incorrect Parts
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
· Contact us via email within 5 business days of delivery.
· No restocking fee will apply for verified seller errors.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be charged:
· Actual outbound shipping costs
· Return shipping costs
· A restocking fee of up to 20%
